A couple of quick fun projects

This post is just a couple of things I did playing around with my new Cartridges, Art Philosophy and Sophie (which I finally got this week!).

When I first looked through the Art Philosophy cartridge, this dragonfly caught my eye. This little box is on the same page 24 on the font layer shift feature.  I cut the box at "fit to page" with a 12 x 12 sheet of card stock and it came out at 10.5 inches. The paper is from a DCWV stack that I liked so much that I have used up 2 of them.   Unfortunately, I can't remember the name exactly, but was something like "A Pocket full of Posies".  When assembled the box is 2.75 inches tall.  I then cut the dragonfly and the layer at 2.5 inches and used a pop dot to put one on each side of the box.   Too cute!  Not to mention very easy.

These little flowery note cards are from the Sophie cartridge. The large one is from page 34 and the
smaller one is from page 32, both using the Card 1 feature.

This cartridge has a ton of great card features.  Every page has a couple of different card designs.
I thought these would be great quick note cards.  The larger purple one was cut at 5.25 inches and the little yellow one was cut at 3 inches and would be a great tag for a gift also.

These two cartridges have tons of fun projects on them.  I am sure you will be seeing much more of these in my future posts.

Thanks for coming by,

Cindy :)
