Dropping You a Line

A card that I made for my husband's uncle - who loves to fish!

This was a stamp set that I picked up a while ago on clearance at Michaels.  I may have even been a Dollar bin item. 
I stamped it and added stickles to the fish and the bubbles.  I stamped the background with Stampin' Up Dot Dot Dot stamp. 
The little wave is from the Just A Note cartridge on page 50 Layer 1.
