Good Luck

Shelby did it to me again.  A friend of hers was moving and she says "Can you make me a card?" I say  "Of course, I would love to.  When do you need it?"  She says "In about 45 minutes."

Her friend had worked at McDonalds, so I made this little guy from Cricut Decals page 28 with the coke in his hand.  It was a quick and easy card with My Pink Stamper's stamp from the Everyday Life set and punched out with Stampin' Up's Modern Label punch.

She said he really like the card.

Purple and Green Thank You Card

This awesome paper is from DCWV Latte stack.  The "Thank You" is from the American Alphabet (that came with the E2) using the Font 3 Shift and Font 3 Shadow Shift keys from page 63.  The Label is from Cricut Essentials which also came with the E2.  It is from page 45 and I cut it in 3 sizes each 1/4 inch larger for the layered effect. Rounded the corners and added a purple ribbon.

Quick card

I'm back!  We had an extraordinary trip to Turkey.  The sites were unbelievably amazing.  And spending time with family was very special.  Now I am back to the scraproom!

I put this together really quickly for a friend who lost their father this weekend.  The paper is from DCWV Linen Closet, the ribbon is Paper Trey Ink and the stamp is from My Pink Stamper's Everyday Occasions set.

This shows that all you need is a few scraps of paper to make a card.

But you are not getting my Cricuts away from me!!!!!!

Cupcake Birthday

This image is from Damask Decor.  The paper is from the Paper Studio Oops a Daisy stack.  The punch is a Martha Stewart Punch Around the Page.  I rounded the corners with my Friskars punch. I couldn't get this card to turn out like I envisioned, but the stickles on the cupcake really helped it.

For the inside I used another Pink Stamper stamp (look for link in older posts).

This will be my last post for a while.  I am heading out on vacation for two weeks.  I have been working on a scrapbook of old pictures the past several days as a gift for my husband's aunt and uncle who we will see on our trip. So I haven't had anything to post recently.
